|  e all hear about the dangers of
sitting out in the sun and how we must put on the highest factor sun creams.
Whilst that is great for our health, it does not help us to get that perfect
tan. However, thanks to modern tanning techniques we can now look as though we
have sat in the sun, without any of the harmful effects. In just 15 minutes, I
can give you an all over tan, making you look as if you have been to Barbados
for a fortnight!
How does it work? I hear you say.
The product is based on a sugar molecule
called dihydroxyacetone (DHA), which when sprayed reacts with the amino acids
in the skin to initiate a natural tanning process. It contains no chemicals and
the only added products are Vitamin B5, Aloe Vera Gel, Fruit and Panthenol to
create balance and a great overall glow to the skin's outer layers. Due to its
non-chemical base, it has a pleasant cherry almond amaretto aroma which fades
as it is absorbed into the skin.
It is applied through a professional air
compressor to give an even, all over tan without the streaks and blotches
normally associated with tanning lotions. There is no colour chart; the
solution works with your own skin pigmentation to give you a naturally Sunkist
look.
For best results it is recommended that you
have showered and exfoliated beforehand, which will also help to prolong the
tan. Once applied, it will be touch dry within 15-20 minutes giving an instant
tanned look. It will, however, develop further for two to four hours after
spraying and last up to 7 days depending on your natural exfoliation process.
To enhance and preserve the tan, a special moisturiser can be applied and
purchased from me as an optional item.
